Yoav joined Starboard TCN in March 2003. Yoav specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. Yoav completed over 1,000,000 sq. ft of lease transaction, and has participated in investment sales with aggregate consideration of $35 Million. His major clients include family trusts, offshore companies, Internet companies, and venture capital firms.
Yoav’s property owners’ representation assignments have included; Plant Bros Corp, The Cort Living Trust, Mariposa Property, S.J. MFG, Waldman Management Group, NDW Group, ADER Properties, and Comstock Investments.
Tenant representation clients include: Kiva Micro Financing, OPSWAT, IHSS, Click Software, Metalink, Product Soft, SF Writers' Grotto, M-Systems, Straus Communications and Clever Machine. Among Yoav’s most noteworthy assignment is tenant representation for Lumenis Inc where he is recently negotiated office lease for the entire 98,000 sq. ft of office building located in the Silicon Valley. This securing represents the largest assignment in Starboard TCN history.
