Steven DeCesaris joined Starboard TCN commercial Real Estate in November of 2003 specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Steven has successfully completed over 100 lease transactions and several sale transactions in 2004. Mr. DeCesaris was recognized as Starboard TCN Rookie of the Year for the highest transaction volume completed by a broker in there first year.

Mr. DeCesaris focuses on developing long-term relationships with each individual client. His approach is simple: paying attention to the details and consistently delivering world-class customer service will win clients for life.

For the 12 years prior to joining Starboard TCN, Steven owned and operated 3 highly successful Mail Boxes Etc Franchises. In 2001, he sold all three franchises after UPS purchased the master license Mail Boxes Etc.

Steven is a graduate of Boston University and spent his junior year living in Madrid, Spain.

He now resides in Martinez California and is married with two children.
