Based at Starboard TCN’s San Francisco office, Maury M. McFadden is a member of the Starboard TCN Office Group specializing in the changing needs of bay area tenants, landlords, and investors for location and lease requirements, acquisitions, dispositions and property management. Maury is focused on establishing long-term relationships by providing superior value added service to clients.

By leveraging local market knowledge and industry relationships with world-class market research and proprietary analytics, Maury provides clients a distinct competitive advantage. Through continuous client support and comprehensive strategies, Maury carefully assists clients in making informed decisions to achieve their strategic goals.

Maury joined Starboard TCN and the Office Group in 2009 where he currently is working with clients on leasing, acquisition and disposition of office spaces and property management. Maury and the office team strive to provide multi-market transaction management to meet the client’s business strategies.

Prior to joining Starboard TCN, Maury was with Prudential California Realty serving his clients with residential and commercial real estate sales throughout the bay area and nationally across the United States. There he held the position of Office Manager providing direct supervision of 45 real estate agents and overseeing over $200 million in sales volume. His genuine commitment to client satisfaction and strong integrity distinguish him as a trusted professional in the real estate industry.
